We know a diverse workforce adds to our collective value and strength as an organization.  Barracuda Networks is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to equal employment opportunity and equitable compensation regardless of race, gender, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability. Envision yourself at Barracuda We're searching for a HR Generalist to join our team!  This is a fantastic opportunity to continue learning and growing in your HR career while also making a true impact to the business.    What you'll be working on Act as an integral part of the Global HR Operations team supporting the organization on our global business processes.Responsible for administrative and operational HR tasks within assigned Business Unit(s)/RegionsEmployee Onboarding: new hire documents, employee communications, HRIS set-up and orientation sessionsEmployee Offboarding: employment closeout in HR systems; exit documentsEmployee off-cycle changesResponsible for data entry and data processing utilizing various systems and applicationsMaintain and update personnel files and recordsPlay a key role in providing HR support to our growing employee population in APAC countries, especially in IndiaHelp develop processes/policies that enhance internal operationsPartner with the HR team on the rollout of new programs and HR-related initiativesPerform other duties as assigned  What you bring to the role HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, initiative and team mentality Knowledge of HR systems and processes (HRIS) and expertise with ExcelAbility to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting in a fast-paced environmentAble to connect with people and meet targeted deadlinesHigh integrity, commitment, and attention to detailExcellent communication (verbal and written)  Education & Experience: University or technical training Experience of 2-3 years in HR operations role Ability to work alone and as an active, collaborative member of the teamHR System experience, Workday preferredProficiency in ExcelExcellent customer service both internally and externallyHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentMust be flexible in both tasks and work hoursMust be proactive and take ownership of tasks givenHigh level of confidentiality requiredWhat you will get from us: A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued.
