Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects, e.g., in DEI, wellbeing.

Collaborate with the HR team to create and update the Employee Handbook: onboarding/offboarding.

Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvements.

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.

Provide support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Currently pursuing or has a degree in, psychology, Labor Law Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication, interpersonal skills, and proactivity.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong emphasis on Excel and data analysis.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others, while having fun in a high-paced environment.

English and Spanish.

Desirable Skills

Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights.

Problem-solving: Creative and effective solutions to HR-related issues.

Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various tasks and changing priorities.

Knowledge of AI: Understanding of artificial intelligence applications in HR.

Social media: Ability to leverage social media for HR initiatives and communication.

Speaks Portuguese.
