**We are looking for:**
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with all levels of the organization and will support sites in Louisiana and Texas. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Kronos/Time management systems, employee engagement and development, policy implementation, recruitment/employment site support and employment law compliance.
**We can count on you to:**
+ Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel
+ assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
+ Assist in recruitment support on site for salaried and hourly personnel;
+ assist in new-hire orientation; monitor and assist in career-path programs/succession planning; write job descriptions and post positions at the site level as needed.
+ Assist in conducting “stay” and exit interviews.
+ Perform benefits related administration, including sick leave monitoring, and communicating benefits information to employees.
+ Assist in payroll responsibilities.
+ Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
+ Assist in other site related duties, i.e. distribution of gift cards, etc.

**You will bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ 2 - 4+ years of related experience in human resources
+ Union experience preferred.
+ Technical skills; including experience with Kronos, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.

**You will get:**
+ Competitive salary and benefits package
+ The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $70,000 - $80,000/annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
