HR GENERALIST/COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

What you'll do:

The HR Generalist/Compliance Coordinator works as a staff member of the site management team. As a blended position, you will be responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources functions as well as working jointly with the Program Director and outside licensing agencies to accomplish compliance within Meadowlark Academy. 

To be considered, you should:

Have at least 4 years experience in Human Resources and Compliance, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Ability to perform work with little or no supervision.
