The HR Business Partner is responsible for business partnership on HR initiatives supporting business growth and managing staffing, retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management and reward.

Assist with managing the internal movement of colleagues, including transfers, secondments and promotions; coordinate with the Global Mobility team and Finance team to provide documentation and support for immigration cases, tax issues etc. Work with Management Teams and Global HR Service Delivery as appropriate to design and deliver an HR plan for the client population aligned to local business plans and local labour market requirementsClients
Serve as trusted Advisor to consultants and practice leaders of each office working to implement strategic best practices and manage initiatives to support business growth Assist office leaders in managing more complicated performance issues and provide guidance on effective coaching and counselling. Work with managers to outline appropriate counselling and disciplinary steps and to ensure proper actions are taken in cases of involuntary termination Ensure effective and timely internal communication on HR programs, organisation issues, and initiatives. Act as local office champion for work/life issues; coordinate with managers on alternative work arrangements, lead best place to work initiatives – help local offices to pursue innovative and best practice approaches to work/life issues which also support business objectives. Ensure consistent and effective application of HR processes and programs. Ensure the effective application of exit interviews; work with managing consultant(s), practice leaders and managers to identify and correct high-turnover situations. Ensure that discussions with the Office Leaders are managed effectively, based on mutual trust and mutually shared interests. Work with office leaders to champion the High Performing Culture - reinforce the objectives and expected outcomes of the process, assist in the training of new hires, and facilitate all phases of ongoing communication and follow-up training as needed. Act as a resource for office leaders to ensure that mid-year development meetings and year-end summary meetings are conducted in a timely and effective manner. Lead team to coordinate career development including identification and development of high potentials, conducting annual training needs assessment, identifying appropriate training (re)sources – including links to the core curriculum, approving admissions to internal and external training courses and seminars, conducting training. Ensure a good understanding of regional financial performance and utilise this in devising HR plans and programmes. Utilise reporting to help business manage employment costs and associated issuesThe Requirements:
College degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Analytics or a related course with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role, preferably in professional services or shared services industrySignificant experience as a human resources generalist, and/or including responsibility for COE functions mainly in HR Dashboard and AnalyticsWorking knowledge of employment law in the Philippines Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities – evidence of project management competenciesExperience in leading high-performing teams, and working across geographiesAbility to work independently and function well in a team and matrix environment Excellent networking and client relationship development capabilitiesWillingness to work on EMEA or early NA shiftWTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer
