Job Details Division: Nucor Warehouse Systems Location: San Bernardino, CA Other Available Locations: N/A Salary Range : $86,090.00 to $99,673.00 Basic Job Functions: Nucor Data Systems is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Generalist-Recruiting Specialist. We are looking for an efficient and reliable HR Generalist to undertake a variety of HR activities including but not limited to the following: Recruiting, hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employment laws and regulations including Affirmative Action with a primary focus on recruiting talent, growing our companys talent pool and improving our sourcing tactics for Nucor Data Systems and Mission Critical Construction Services . The HR Generalist Recruitment Specialist position will require approximately 75% travel. The successful candidate will uphold Nucors values such as integrity, work ethic and personal responsibility.
