The HR Generalist II role is a crucial part of the HR Solutions Centre (HRSC) within Lithuania. Under general direction and reporting to the HRSC Tier 2 Leader, this role executes all Tier 2 processes sitting within the HRSC supporting the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region of Cencora. 

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO:

HRSC Tier 2 Leader

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to and resolve specific process or queries passed to them by the HRSC Tier 1 team in LithuaniaProvide Tier 2 support in at least two of the following E2E (End to End) processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Workforce Data Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation.Provide general Tier 2 support for at least two of the following ‘large’ European countries; France, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UKWhere necessary, work with the Tier 2 In Country resources for those countries to resolve question.Help to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for service enhancement to the HRSC Tier 2 Team leaderWork within agreed SLAs for both response and resolution timeAct on any specific survey feedback receivedWork closely with the Operational Excellence and Training teams to identify and implement areas of improvement.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education.1-3 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in human resources.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English; A knowledge of any of the following languages would be an advantage but is not necessary: French, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish).Demonstrable experience of knowledge in one or more of the following E2E processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Workforce Data Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation.Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situationsStrong interpersonal skillsKnowledge of relevant legislation, policies and regulations in at least one of the following European countries would be an advantage: France, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, UKAbility to resolve employees’ issues quickly and efficientlyAbility to represent a positive and professional imageComputer savvy with strong working knowledge of relevant software, e.g. Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Service-Now and Workday systems would be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; HR experience preferred.
