HR Generalist Intern (Master Student)

As a HR Generalist Intern here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the\nsmooth operation of our HR functions within the Mexico Offices. You will be\nresponsible for implementing HR strategies that support business objectives,\nfostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regulations\nand company policies. You will report directly to our HR Director and\nyou'll work out of our Samara Site and on Tecnoparque Office. In this role, you\nwill impact the organization by effectively managing employee relations,\nproviding guidance on HR policies and procedures, and supporting the\ndevelopment and implementation of HR programs. You will also contribute to the\noverall success of the HR team by collaborating with cross-functional teams and\ndriving continuous improvement initiatives.
· Provide guidance on complex HR issues,\norganizational design, and development.
· Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting,\ninterviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the building\nautomation business.
· Lead employee relations, ensuring fair and\nconsistent application of policies and procedures.
· Drive initiatives that promote a culture of\ninclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.
· Collaborate with the HR Services Talent\nOperations team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
· Support the development and integration of HR\ntechnology systems to improve HR processes.
· Analyze HR metrics and data to inform\ndecision-making and report on HR performance.
· Ensure regulatory compliance and manage\nrelationships with external agencies as required.
· Participate in the design and delivery of HR\nprograms and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.
Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Studying last semester or recently graduated of master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience.
