In this role you will lead the hiring company’s onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and performance management. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the best fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and be eligible for hiring company’s robust benefits package. **What you get to do (in a snap shot):** + **Employee Relations:** Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues. Mediate conflicts between employees and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Conduct investigations into employee grievances and complaints. + **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers. Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the company. + **Performance Management:** Provide support and guidance to managers during performance review processes (30,60, 90 day reviews), Track and analyze employee performance data to recommend training and development programs + **HR Policy Development and Compliance** : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, EEO). Conduct audits to ensure HR practices align with company policies and legal standards. + **Employee Engagement and Culture:** Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. + H **R Data Management and Reporting** : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. **What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources and 5+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing / production setting strongly preferred. + Working experience with a HRIS and or talent management system (preferred) + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, + Proven ability to interact with team members and department heads with candor, tact, patience, and diplomacy. + Organized, detail-oriented and proficient at follow-up. + Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred **Interested in learning more?** Great!
