Job Description
Our HR Partners are known for their comprehensive knowledge of HR programs, processes, and tools. They serve as frontline consultants to the business, working closely with managers to create a positive employee experience and providing expert HR advice on people matters. They are recognized as subject matter experts with deep knowledge of company and local programs, processes, and policies, offering strong, credible, and compelling advice to business leaders on team management. They collaborate extensively with multiple HR Business Partners and HR Specialists across various businesses.
ResponsibilitiesAct as an influential partner in helping managers with talent management processes, people development, and organizational changes.Identify trends, emerging needs, and address them in partnership with the appropriate business or HR stakeholders.Design and implement improvements in people processes and systems.Work with people leaders on performance management cases.Analyze data and trends on employee relations and performance management to provide strategic input.Coach, train, and guide managers during Talent Management and Annual Compensation Planning processes.Consult managers on employee compensation concerns.Enable success of managers by improving existing training content and working with Talent Development teams.Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities to develop functional and managerial skills.Assist managers with career conversations and development plans.Manage employee programs to drive improvements in employee engagement.Provide guidance on change initiatives to HR Business Partners and business leaders.Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and performance improvement processes.Conduct investigations and manage employee relations cases in coordination with Legal departments.Manage the exit process and conduct ad-hoc exit interviews.Review local policies and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose.Act as stewards of the employee experience and company culture.Serve as a point of contact for people tools, processes, programs, or projects.Design and deliver Manager Capability initiatives.Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending solutions.Essential SkillsPerformance management, including upwards coaching.Experience in conducting investigations.Stakeholder management experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to demonstrate leadership principles such as earning trust, bias for action, being right a lot, and ownership.Work Environment
This role is onsite in Seattle/SLU, providing the opportunity to gain experience within a multitude of HR functions. The role offers a high level of complexity, making it an excellent opportunity for professional growth.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00
