Position Summary
The HR Generalist assists in the support of the front office for the HR Department. The HR Generalist is responsible for the maintaining employee records and guides employees through the pre-employment process. Advises and assists management and employees on employee issues and concerns through communication, interpreting, and recommending appropriate use of human resources policies and procedures, services and programs offered by the facility.

EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experienceEXPERIENCE
Preferred: 3 years in Human Resources.CERTIFICTION
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft office. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
