What You’ll Do:
 Act as a key driver of HR operational excellence, ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to offboarding while championing the adoption of new HR technologies.

Serve as a system expert for our HRIS (ADP), supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.Serve as a guardian of HR data integrity, implementing and overseeing processes to ensure the highest standards of data quality, accuracy, and security across all systems.Automate and streamline manual HR processes (onboarding, compliance, reporting) to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.Manage the employee lifecycle process, including new hire onboarding, job changes, and compliance tracking (I-9s, etc.)Generate and analyze HR data and dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.Champion the rollout and use of innovative tools, including our AskHR chatbot and other digital resources.

 

 What You Bring:

Experience: 4+ years of broad HR experience, with a strong focus on HR operations and HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred).Skills:Proven ability to use technology (HRIS, Microsoft 365) to automate processes and solve problems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and translate data into insights.Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and collaboration skills.Mindset: A proactive, improvement-focused professional who is passionate about leveraging technology to make HR more efficient and strategic. Experience in a union environment is a plus.
