We are looking for a Senior HR and Recruiting Specialist (Turkey, Italy, South Africa) to join our team and support the Colors & Flavors businesses. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in our office in Gebze, Turkey, 5 days per week. 

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for the overall HR support: assist the HR Manager on various people projects in - and outside of Turkey. This is an international role, in which you can truly grow your career in HR. Help maintain integrity of all HR databases/technologies including HRIS, Intranet, job descriptions, handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance, Intranet and OneDrive Support our recruiting processes, identify and move candidates through the hiring process, coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, new hire orientation processes and procedures Provide support for performance management, merit cycle, learning and development, employee surveys and other HR projectsAssist HR Manager with various research projects and/or other special projects, handle and follow up outsourced payroll process  

What you’ll bring:

Min. Bachelor’s degreeSolid, proven experience in a Human Resources role in TurkeyKnowledge of and experience with HRIS systems Proficiency with MS Office programs Willing to travel abroad occasionally
