HR Graduate/Internship
Support the HR department with comprehensive administrative tasks for end-to-end people processes.  Assist in the recruitment process, such as reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.  Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.  Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.  Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement activities and policy reviews.  Prepare HR reports and analyze data related to recruitment, training, and attendance.  Organize and coordinate corporate events, including team-building activities and corporate wear for business units.  Address HR-related queries effectively and provide timely follow-ups.  Foster engagement in a high-pressure, diverse organizational environment.
