HRIS Implementation Specialist

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to lead their transition from HiBob to ADP. The ADP go-live date is targeted for January, and the organization is currently behind schedule in their implementation. This role requires a hands-on, self-sufficient individual who can quickly assess the current state, take control of the project, and drive successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact with ADP throughout the implementation.Lead and manage all aspects of the data migration and system configuration process.Troubleshoot issues and ensure deadlines are met for a successful January go-live.Collaborate with internal HR team members who are assisting on specific implementation tasks.Operate with minimal supervision and make strategic decisions to move the project forward.

Ideal Candidate:
