JOB SUMMARY
As an HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst, you will manage and optimize our Enterprise HR systems to enhance global employee experience and support strategic HR initiatives. This role involves integrating and analyzing HR data, improving processes, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own, optimize, and continuously improve HRIS tools and processes, staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in HR data management.Analyze HR data to uncover trends, ensure data integrity, and support compliance and audit readiness.Collect, transform, and combine people data from various sources.Utilize Alteryx, Python, and Microsoft Office programs to automate data processing and output generation.Collaborate with vendors, IT, and HR partners to ensure data accuracy and system functionality aligned with business needs.Conduct data analysis to identify trends, data integrity issues, and opportunities for improving data quality.Work with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into scalable HRIS solutions and align them with company-wide initiatives through system updates and process changes.Enhance employee and user experience through strong relationships with subject matter experts and governance groups.Assist in supporting engagement with outsourced suppliers and internal stakeholders.Manage system releases, ensuring smooth implementation of enhancements, patches, and prioritization of feature implementations.Serve as the point of contact for the escalation of system issues.Assist in supporting end users by creating documentation and facilitating training.Maintain data privacy, security, and enforce standards.Support enterprise and business initiatives related to HR Technologies.Textron is a renowned global multi-industry company with a diverse portfolio spanning aerospace and defense, specialized vehicles, turf care, and fuel systems. Experience with HRIS or HCM platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).Proficiency in using Alteryx, Tableau, or similar application for data automation and transformation.Experience with scripting languages (specifically SQL and Python)Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of XML and HTML for data structuring and web integrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong customer service skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Alteryx Designer Core and/or Designer Advanced certificationFamiliarity with HR compliance and regulatory reportingExposure to Agile or Scrum methodologiesEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
