Job Purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and other HR-related tasks.
The HR intern’s duties include working closely with the assigned HRBP on matters not limited to the following –
updating internal databases, filing HR documents, working on Ad-hoc HR projects, and giving recommendations to improve HR policies.
You should also be able to work independently, work on MS office, and have interpersonal skills.
To be a successful HR intern, you should remain aware of the latest developments in company policies.
Ultimately, an outstanding HR intern should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Accountabilities
The HR Intern is expected to:-
Update company databases.
Organize and filling HR related documents and forms.
Assist in planning company events.
Respond to staff inquiries on HR related matters.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in HRM or studying toward a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Basic understanding of labor laws.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
