Job Summary: Trane Technologies’ early career student program internships provide current graduate students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders, and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunity offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management exposure generalist assignments, to grow capabilities in HR areas such as Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Operational Excellence, Organizational Development, and Diversity and Inclusion.

Review and update job data including title, classifications, and compensation to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport Onboarding content creation for Store Managers and Store Team leaders to support competency-building for new people leadersAssist in conducting compensation reviews and analyses for Warehouse Technicians and other select populations to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices Assist in Incentive Compensation program administration, implementation, and data analysis to ensure equitable and accurate practicesWhat We Offer:
