PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 

Engagement Project

Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement projects and programs.Coordinate and support company events, and well-being programs.Conduct research and gather data to identify trends and best practices in employee engagement.Create and distribute surveys to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for improvement.

Communication and Outreach

Develop internal communication materials to promote engagement activities and initiatives.Assist in creating newsletters, emails, and other communication tools to keep employees informed and engaged.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with HR team members to align engagement projects with overall HR strategies.Collaborate with different departments to ensure engagement activities are inclusive and meet diverse employee needs.Provide administrative support for engagement-related meetings and events.

Feedback and Improvement:

Gather and analyze employee feedback to assess the impact of engagement activities.Assist in developing action plans based on feedback to enhance future engagement efforts.Monitor and report on the progress of engagement projects and initiatives.

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background & Leadership

 

Education & Knowledge

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in employee engagement and workplace culture.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills: 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Basic understanding of HR practices and principles
