About the Role
Responsible for developing and managing talents internally, especially future leaders, to support AIA's business needs• Identify and develop talents of employees based upon current and future business objectives, design and implement programmes that supply AIA with trained executives in accordance with AIA's plans and strategies
• Consult with management regarding the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of management training programmes
• Coordinate programmes in management appraisal, counselling, promotion and placement
• Identify required skills within AIA and develop programmes to ensure such skills remain within AIA
