HR Intern

Responsibilities Support the HR Transformation Project by collaborating with consulting firms, updating project schedules, organizing and coordinating cross-departmental meetings, and assisting with HR process streamlining and procedural improvements. Assist supervisors in creating and refining the implementation processes of various HR modules in HR-SAP, tracking project milestones and progress, and conducting internal system training and presentations. Efficiently utilize the recruitment module in the SAP system to support recruitment needs across 10 business units, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and participating in interviews. Develop eLearning courses, edit general internal skills training materials, and coordinate training sessions across departments. Assist supervisors in completing HR data analysis, KPI reports, and other related tasks.

 

Competencies Current university student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher. Proficient in English communication.
