Our HR Intern will be supporting the Sr HR Director on HR Initiatives surround Talent Management and assisting our Payroll and Benefits program
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Assist with running reports, creating spreadsheets and updating for the HR team monthly.
+ Assist with keeping the recruitment process file updated for the HR Business Partners, including posting job openings.
+ Track vacation time and assist the payroll manager with administrative duties.
+ Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with orientation sessions, Help maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
+ Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
+ Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, filing documents, and Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources and have a strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
+ Strong English communication skills written and speaking
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ High learning agility with the propensity to continually grow from experiences, adapt to new situations and adopt different mindsets, make connections, and identify/implement successful solutions.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and internet skills; database and HRIS experience (prior Workday/ADP experience preferred)
