Job DescriptionAs a HR Intern you will help in the execution of processes, procedures and programs within the HR organization, and will focus on HR metrics maintenance and data analysis.
Responsibilities will include :
Assists with the development and maintenance of reports to maximize the automation and utilization of the data in the HRIS systems.Be able to come up with new ideas and solutions and implement themCompletes assigned projects associated with the Human Resources function.Be detail-oriented and comfortable working with a lot of data Ability to apply innovative solutions to moderately complex problems. Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-taskHave a strong desire to work in the HR function and grow QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or other related fieldHighly proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excel proficiency is a must!
