Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems (PDS) is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Working Student in HR Department at our Krakow Technical Center in Poland.
As a Working Student in HR Department, you will support the local technical center team in all activities related to talent acquisition, employer branding and participate in various HR initiatives. Varied responsibilities will enable you to acquire extensive knowledge in the HR area.
Key responsibilities:
Supports our recruiters in finding best talents.Learn recruiting practices and get involved in promoting job offers.Screen and interview candidates.Explore the area of recruiting, sourcing and employer branding to develop your interests.Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand to attract top talent within the Automotive industry.Participate in other HR related activities and projects as assigned.Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all duties and responsibilities.What we are looking for
Qualifications:
Being a registered student interested in the area of HR/Talent Acquisition.Wanting to gain work experience in an international company.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Fluency in English and Polish.Availability at least 30 hours per weekPersonal Attributes:
