Summary
We are looking to hire an HR Intern to join us on our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for supporting various human resources functions within the organization, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and compensation and benefits.
ResponsibilitiesSupport with job postings, resumé reviews, and interviews scheduling to assist with the recruitment processEngage in initial candidate screenings and collaborate with hiring managers for better alignment between candidate skills and job requirementsAssist new employees with onboarding procedures, including documentation completion, to facilitate a smooth transition into the organizationUpdate and manage employee records within the HRIS (human resources information system) and generate reports as necessary to maintain accurate and up-to-date informationRespond to employee inquiries concerning HR policies, benefits, and procedures to adhere to organizational guidelinesAssist with designated projects and tasks assigned by the HR manager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to departmental goals
Qualifications and Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or any relevant fieldExcellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal
