Assist in routine staffing tasks, including new employee onboard, P-file updating&filing, and other documents management as required on time. 协助Staffing工作,包括新员工入职手续、员工资料的更新和存档,及其他文档的管理。 2. Support in recruitment, include job posting, CV screen, interview coordination, and jobfair, etc. 支持招聘工作,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试协调、参加招聘会等。 3. Assist in employee training, include training activities coordination, training record filing, etc. 协助员工培训,包括培训记录归档、培训的协调安排等。 4. Assist payroll in attendance record. 协助考勤记录的管理。 5. Support in organizing employee activities. 支持员工活动的开展工作。 6. Support in daily management of Stryker Library. 支持史赛克图书馆的日常管理。 7. Support in daily admin if necessary. 在必要的时候支持日常行政工作。 8. Any other assignments from the team. 团队交代的其他任务。 REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能: 1. Good communication in English. 良好的英语沟通能力。 2. Data analysis skill. 良好的数据分析技能。 RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 经验要求: 1. Activity organization. 活动组织。 2. Part time working experience is plus. 有兼职工作经历者优先。 EDUCATION 教育背景: 1. B.S. in Business/Administration/Language, or above. 本科及以上学历,经济/管理/语言类专业。 2.
