POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Intern will provide general support and assistance to the HR Team across a wide range of HR administration, and employee life cycle activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation and benefits support:
Develop knowledge of our benefit offering and act as a point of contact for employees and our company healthcare and pension providers, Providing assistance to HR Team & HR Manager in C&B processes throughout the year. Support the HR team with other projects of the Department: Support coordination and implementation of HR initiatives e.g. planning and logistics for events, such as employee wellness initiatives, recruitment and training events events Input to HR policy reviews and participating in research / benchmarking activates as required Support audit readiness activities for HR and training activities.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Team player with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (successful candidate will be working across all levels of the organization). Strong administration and coordination skills, Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and work to deadlines; Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook; Strong attention to detail and able to ensure the accuracy of work.; You will be results driven with good numerical skills and analytical capability. A desire to develop a career in human resources. Hold a Certificate or Diploma level or be pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or related field Exposure or experience working with SAP Prior experience in a busy team/office environment would be beneficial; Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel (Pivot Tables/ V-lookups etc), Powerpoint and Outlook; 1+ years experience (Previous work experience i.e. a summer job, previous internship or full- time role; if it was in a people- or customer-facing environment, even better)
