1. Onboarding and Exit: Support in employee onboarding and exit process.
2. Employee Relations: Support to deal with employee complaints and provide solutions.
3. Office goods purchasing: Support create purchasing orders in internal system.
4. Administration: Support administration activity including canteen, shuttle bus, sport activities, etc
5. Others task assigned by department.
1. You must be an ungraduated university student major in Management or relevant field.
2. Can provide at least 3 days/week, at least 4 months’ internship period.
3. Good command of Chinese and English.
4. Excellent communication skills, detail-orientation, confidential mind-set.
5. Quick learner and able to deal with multi-tasks.
