Maintaining up-to-dated personnel data in payroll system (Optima)Personnel administration (managing personnel files, preparing employment-related documents, etc.)Supporting recruitment processes (contacting candidates, managing job advertisements)Maintaining HR metricsSupporting social media and employer branding activitiesProviding general support to the HR departmentWhat will you need:
Education: during studies (preferred fields: Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology)Availability to work at least 24 hours days per weekGood self-organization skillsAttention to detailsCommunicative level of EnglishProficiency in MS Office and office equipmentWhat will you gain:
