Position Overview: As an HR Graduate/Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and the opportunity to develop your skills in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
