Accountabilities:

Assist in the execution of day-to-day HR processes, including employee record management, HR data tracking, and report generation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational workflows, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant.Assist in identifying and analyzing existing HR processes to find opportunities for improvement.Assist with identifying system issues and collaborate with the HRIS team to troubleshoot and resolve them.Support the testing of new system features and updates, documenting results and providing feedback.Develop and implement automated workflows using microsoft power automate or excel macros or other extended systems to be able to provide simple dashboardingEnsure that HR data is accurately input and maintained in the HRIS system.Support various HR initiatives, including employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee engagement activities and initiatives

The Individual and their Experience:

Able to commit for at least 6 monthsKeen interest in HR and burning passion for people!
