As an intern within the HR department, you will provide all-round support to our People Analytics team and Employee Engagement manager. You will gain hands-on project and change management skills, experience with People Analytics, and will learn all about senior stakeholder engagement.
Key deliverables include:
Assisting in organizing of activities, events and meetings;
Update webpages, and creating presentations;
Handling questions of employees and managers;
And much more.
This is a Bachelor or Master apprentice internship for a minimum of 3 months, 4/5 days per week. Start date as of February 2025.
Your profile
To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:
Have a background in labor or organizational psychology, HR, information or social sciences, or a related field;
Are proactive, hands-on and independent;
Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and communicating in English;
Have an affinity for and experience with Data Science and analytics;
Have a passion for organizational change management and stakeholder communication.
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
