Within the Global Manufacturing Organization we have the EUV Factory (EF). The EF's ambition is to become the pacesetter of the EUV value stream. We see unprecedented growth of our customers. A complexity of having both New Product Introduction and High Volume Manufacturing products. The People strategy is focused on an inspiring and unified culture, provide the best possible employee experience, and enable our leadership to bring out the best in people. In our EF HR team we have 7 HR Business Partners (HRBP's) who each have support one or two businesses or team within the EF organization. We have an opportunity within our small but effective HR team for an intern where you will be fully involved in the complete operational scope.
As an HR Intern you will be involved in HR line activities focused on leadership, performance & development, recruitment, absenteeism and HR operational reporting.
Key deliverables include:
Shadowing HRBP's;
Being responsible for operational tasks and projects, like reporting and defining one way of working;
Supporting the HRBP's with organizational changes and processes in Workday and with People Services (Shared Service Center);
Helping with our monthly People Update;
Playing a key role in the development and execution of several HR projects on your interests and preferences, such as: health & wellbeing, learning & development, diversity & inclusion and leadership development.
To be a perfect match with this internship, you:
Are a bachelor student in HR, Communications, International Business, Psychology or similar;
Have excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in English (both verbal and written);
Have knowledge about MS office and preferably skills with Spotfire or other HR dashboarding systems;
Are hands-on, pro-active, and have logical thinking abilities;
This is a bachelor or master internship suitable for apprentice with a duration of 6-12 months (preferably 12), with a start date as soon as possible.
Other requirements you need to meet
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
