HR Business Partner
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the PA Energy Industries in Genoa.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tProviding support to the implementation of the HR Roadmap concerning topics like Engagement, Internal Communication, Talent Development, and Wellbeing.•\tSupporting the HR function in internal projects on Diversity & Inclusion and on Cultural Transformation, managing the internal communication.•\tProviding support in HR Metrics update and analysis and in other administrative HR tasks.•\tSupporting eventual new hires during the Onboarding phase.•\tSupporting the Location HR Business Partner in assisting managers and employees at the local level.
Qualifications for the roleYou hold or currently studying a Master degree in Human Resources or a relevant equivalent. Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point). You hold competence and passion in communication skills, new tools, digital communication. You have a problem-solving attitude, good communication and team-working abilities and analytical skills. You are at ease communicating in English and Italian
