We are offering an exciting internship opportunity in our Human Resources function at our Brussels Innovation Center in Belgium. As part of the France Benelux HR team, you will have the chance to work with an organization that’s behind renowned brands like Ariel, Dash, Lenor, Dreft, Swiffer, Antikal, and many more.
Based out of Belgium, you collaborate with a dynamic group of HR professionals, including generalists, specialists in areas such as Employee & Labor Relations, Total Rewards, People Services, Talent, and our external partners. You will benefit from a wide range of experiences and receive coaching and training from our team of HR professionals.
From day one, you will have real responsibilities and the opportunity to partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement automated and digital solutions, work on policy design and implementation, and be responsible for business teams as HR Business Partner.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:
In this role, you will have combined responsibilities in Employee & Labour Relations and as HR Business Partner. Here are a few examples of the key responsibilities you will have during your internship:
Employee Relations: You will oversee different policy areas, improve them and provide guidance to the wider HR team on policies & procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies. And if needed, you handle complex employee relations situations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.HR Process analysis & improvement: You are IT-savvy and will lead a project to analyse and improve efficiency of certain HR business processes by means of automation, data streamlining. HR projects: You strategically define & lead HR projects. For instance on flex@work and well-being: you will develop innovative digital solutions that enhance work flexibility and promote employee well-being. You will partner with HR practices teams (such as the Compensation & Benefits or Recruiting team) to create & implement business-oriented HR solutions (e.g. simplification of HR system). Business partnership: As an HR business partner for a business team, you will closely collaborate with leaders and teams to increase employee happiness. You will also lead strategically important HR projects, such as training & development, well-being initiatives, and equality & inclusion programs.Job Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch and English Enrolled in University and completing a Master in HR, or Business with proven passion for HRDigital savvy, data-driven with an analytical mindsetStrong communication & interpersonal skillsA real teamplayer, with strong leadership skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismStrong emotional intelligence and resilienceProactive, solution-oriented and have a "can-do" attitudeYOUR ADVANTAGES:
