Job Description

Who You’ll Work With

Arista is a fast growing technology company that continues to ignite new innovations in the software driven cloud networking space. Our HR ambition reflects the same goals. This role will deliver one of the most sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services, globally across 27+ countries. This role is remote.

What You’ll Do

Onboarding Assistance:

Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration.Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.

HR Operations & Administration:

Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks.Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt out processes, census data.Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage and auditCollaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department, locally and internationally.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the required skills and experience needed are:

Students that are finishing their degree in Human Resources or a related field.Good organizational skills and tech savvy.Detail and process-orientedInterest in getting to know and participating in the development of the different processes and initiatives in the various HR areas.Advanced English skills.Willingness to learn and innovate, problem solving ability and proactivity.
