Human Resources Internship | Masters Degree | Summer 2025 BHI is a fast growing construction company recruiting future leaders for our HR team. We are seeking an exceptional student pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Resources to intern with us during the Summer of 2025. The winning candidate will work alongside our corporate HR team at our new headquarters in Vernal, UT. The intern will gain experience in all aspects of HR through impactful projects during their 10 week internship. BHI intends to convert this intern into a full time member of the HR team after graduation, contingent upon successful completion of the internship and satisfactory performance. Qualifications: + Currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Resources (other related majors will be considered) + Hold a GPA of 2.75 or higher + Willing to relocate to Vernal, UT for the duration of summer internship (relocation stipend provided) + Passion for leadership and professional development + Demonstrated interest in HR with relevant work experience preferred + This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States Compensation and Benefits + The expected compensation for this internship will be $29.00 / hour + The internship offer will include a generous relocation stipend ABOUT B.H.
