Your tasks and responsibilities:
You act as the functional HR/IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all HR/IT Mini-Master and Time-related topics in current and future P58 countries - within the project and operations demand management.Beyond the project you take on IT Service Management responsibility for IT-Services based on Web-technology and SAP HR-business logic / back end (e.g. SAP CATS).You align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert within the respective portfolio elementYou will translate the business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper. implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance framework.You think about the 'big picture" within the P58 template, considering end-to-end processess and identify cross-topic dependencies.You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities.Your qualifications and experience:
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration.You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with SAP HCM Solutions - ideally time-management.You have a thorough understanding of Absence- & Time Management related processes with focus on customer service processes and respective IT solutions / integrationsYou are interested in regulatory data management to enable workflows.You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects.You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers.You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry.Your attributes and skills:
