Your future duties and responsibilities:

Garantir a seleção e recrutamento de profissionais de excelência
Elaboração dos processos de recrutamento & seleção mediante as necessidades identificadas.
Identificação e desenvolvimento da triagem curricular de candidatos na área das tecnologias de informação (IT).
Gestão e atualização da base de dados dos candidatos.
Marcação e realização de entrevistas, nas suas diferentes vertentes.
Gestão e acompanhamento dos processos de recrutamento (clientes e candidatos).
Colaborar na organização e implementação de projetos e atividades do departamento.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Licenciatura em áreas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia das organizações ou áreas similares.
Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office.
Experiência na gestão de base de dados de candidatos, realização de entrevistas, gestão e apresentação de propostas aos candidatos.
Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa e por objetivos;
Boa capacidade de comunicação e relação interpessoal.
