The Executive Director, LATAM Region leads the processes, principles, and practices for all HR related activities within LATAM {Mexico, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina}.

This person leads the HR manager within countries to balance employee experiences, business needs, and risk to advance the NCR Atleos culture and ensure compliance with our policies.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in leading teams, labor and employee relations, managing large-scale change, creating processes, influencing, and impacting high-growth and dynamic businesses through effective management of a wide range of employee relations and issues.

This person will be accountable for working with employees and leaders across organizations at NCR Atleos, building trusted relationships quickly, and leading with warmth, empathy, compassion, and creativity to think inside and outside the box to drive the right solutions.

This position reports to the VP, HR Business Partner, Global Operations and Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage team of HR professionalsDevelop and implement HR policies, and procedures.Partner with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Security, and Payroll teams to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Analyze trends and metrics to develop proactive solutions.Conduct training and development programs on HR topics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR.Proven track record of managing teams in multiple countries.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.High level of empathy, compassion, and creativity.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
