About your role: The Global People Services team believes in delivering a fantastic people experience for our people at Publicis Sapient. As part of the Global People Services team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, learning how to create a great employee experience. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to develop foundational HR skills in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal person will be dynamic, process orientated, have a drive for learning, with strong inter-personal skills, and be passionate about delivering fantastic operations for our people. **Responsibilities** + Own and manage specific aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as (pre)-onboarding, right-to-work/visa compliance, payroll inputs, and employee exits. + Support key employee lifecycle moments, such as maternity leave, long-term sickness, and exit processes, ensuring a smooth experience. + Respond to HR-related queries in a professional, timely, and supportive manner. + Provide administrative support to the People team, ensuring smooth HR operations. + Identify opportunities for process improvements, helping to streamline workflows and enhance the overall employee experience. + Support HR projects, including new technology rollouts, system enhancements, and data collation for audits. **Qualifications** **Apprenticeship Qualification** This role includes enrollment in a Level 3 Human Resources Support apprenticeship qualification, fully funded by Publicis Sapient. This structured learning program will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to build a strong foundation in HR, while gaining practical experience in a global company. **Job Requirements:** **Education & Professional Qualifications:** + At least 5 GCSE’s at grade 9-4 / A*- C including Mathematics & English + At least 3 A-Levels or (or equivalent) preferred **Experience Guidelines:** + A keen interest in creating a positive experience for employees throughout their journey in the company + Highly organised with attention to detail and a willingness to follow processes + Eager to learn and contribute to improving ways of working + Able to work effectively within a team in a structured environment + Open to change and comfortable adapting to new situations + Basic analytical skills with an interest in using data to support decision-making + Strong communication skills and a willingness to build relationships across teams + Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, global environment **Additional information** Publicis Sapient UK is a Disability Confident employer and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and accessible work environment.
