Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced HR M&A Deal Lead to join our Global HR M&A team. This role is critical in supporting Iron Mountain's strategic growth as a serial acquirer, ensuring seamless people and talent integration across multiple corporate transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR workstream for M&A due diligence and integration planning/execution, primarily across EMEA-based deals, and serving as the strategic partner to business leaders and deal teams.
**What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)**
In this role, you will:
+ Lead and manage all HR- and people-related aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions, ensuring deal team objectives and timelines are met.
+ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal teams to develop optimal HR solutions and deliver positive deal outcomes.
+ Ensure compliance with local labor laws, organizational standards, and policies by identifying, scoping, and managing people issues during due diligence and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies during integration.
**What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ 10+ years of experience leading HR M&A deal teams in a corporate or consulting environment.
+ Strong knowledge of the M&A deal lifecycle, deal process dynamics, and HR M&A fundamentals.
+ Proven ability in developing strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels, and building trust in a globally matrixed organization.
+ Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: organization design/global job architecture, HR operations & technology (Workday/Strada), or global benefits.
