Job Summary:
We are looking for a leader, who will have responsibility in leading the daily operations within Human Capital Management (HCM) application around the Employee Life Cycle and the payroll and tax operational resources and external vendors to ensure that Emerson is achieving the desired level of standardization of processes and setups across all Emerson Business Units in China. This role will directly report to Director, Human Resources, AP.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Centralize management of HRIS operations, HCM Payroll, Social Security and Tax production support to ensure that all requests are appropriately prioritized and resolved according to the service level agreement standards Align testing for enhancements, patches, and corrections for HRIS, payroll and tax related items/issues or projects with the Digital HCM team Manage and guide all payroll, social security, tax, and related activities to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting in China Recommend, monitor and keep controls surrounding the payroll/social security /tax related functions as required by government policies and the internal audit department. Continually review departmental operating procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Align and maintain project plan and implement Year-End and Year-Begin activities, while ensuring commitment from Digital HCM team Provide leadership, direction, guidance and coaching to staff to ensure effective utilization of resources, achievement of objectives, and career development Manage performance of team, set objectives and drive service level measurements in alignment with department KPI’s Ensure team delivers maximum performance on accuracy, timeliness, efficiency, quality, speed, and customer expectations Monitor existing processes and evaluate for areas of enhancement and/or increased standardization Provide communications to site HRs regarding new processes, reports, or other updates that may impact daily operations Manage continued training sessions for teams Serve as the main contact for HCM and third-party vendor operations administration for payroll and tax related activities/issues Participate in payroll/tax strategies, policies and procedures and provide training to staff Assist the Director of HR, AP in identifying and developing a change management program for the HRIS & Payroll Operations organization and related internal process changesWho You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years working in a supervisory role leading a team that works in a customer service or operational support function Minimum of ten years of related work experience, preferably in a high volume, national payroll environment to include an understanding of the entire HCM process Experience with Oracle applications preferred Experience with payroll systems preferred Knowledge of HR Data compliance and Payroll regulatory requirements Fluent in English Occupational Health and Safety Acumen.Our Offer to You:
