EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

- Bilingual in English/Japanese

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Business Management or HR.

- Proficient in MS Office, ADP, PayScale

- 2+ years General HR and management

- Must have knowledge of Labor Law.

- Visa and SSC application experience

DUTIES:

- Will handle review employee performance, employee relations, employee consulting, labor law, compliance, payroll, benefit, hiring/termination and HR in general.

- Communicate with Lawyer and support HR general and President.
