Create training modules based on the training needs of the associates. ‌Conducts in-house training based on the identified needs of the company. ‌Proactively seek opportunities to engage by doing periodic kamustahan sessions with disengaged associates. ‌Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. ‌Create insights and recommendation from generated people analytics report.
