Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you'll:
Champion Melaleuca's mission and values by fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.Lead the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.Oversee compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Champion Melaleuca's industry-leading benefits program, ensuring employees understand and leverage its full potential.Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing expert guidance on all HR matters.Qualifications
To be successful, you'll possess:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.Proven success in developing and implementing strategic HR programs.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.A passion for building positive relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.Proficient in HR software and information systems.Why Melaleuca
