As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the human resources function for our Mobile, AL location. You will be accountable for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be instrumental in assisting the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

\nYou will report directly to the Gulf Coast Sr HR Manager, Central HR region and you will work out of our Baton Rouge, LA location on a hybrid work schedule.
