Responsibilities:
* Lead the orientation process for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that sets the foundation for their success
* Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives
* Provide strong leadership to the HR team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive change initiatives and support talent development
* Act as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related issues
* Address complex employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts
* Create, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry best practices
* Stay informed on labor laws and regulations, offering expert advice to maintain compliance
* Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations
* Partner with managers to identify opportunities for employee development and improve performance
* Assess organizational training needs and design or source appropriate development programs
* Implement career development and succession planning strategies to foster employee growth
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement across the organization
* Manage compensation structures, including salary reviews and incentive programs
* Oversee benefits administration, managing open enrollment periods and vendor relationships
* Establish key HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of HR programs and initiatives
* Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
