Responsibilities: + Develop and implement HR strategies in line with the organization's overall strategy. + Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring fair hiring practices. + Manage workplace conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. + Design and implement effective training and development plans. + Ensure compliance with labor regulations. + Manage benefits, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience. + In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in HRMS/HRIS.
