The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.

What you’ll do:The primary function for this position is to be a high performing business partner leading the HR function for the Sherman, TX manufacturing site. As part of the leadership team for the site, you will have overall responsibility for developing, directing, coordinating and maintaining all talent initiatives. This role will be responsible for the development and deployment of HR policies, programs, processes, and best practices throughout the manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day employee relations in accordance with legal, divisional, and corporate guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum 5 years of experience in labor relations OR as a human resources business partnerMinimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources from an accredited institution
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience managing direct reports
• PHR or SPHR certification
